I was fascinated when I understood the difference between commercial baking methods and the finesse in artisan baking. In my 11 years of training experience, I’ve empowered thousands of women, and mentored my students to pursue baking & pastry as a career. I take great pride in my students who have become entrepreneurs, home bakers, and pastry chefs in India and abroad.

Continuous Assessment

Our curriculum is inspired from the globally acclaimed Vocational Education and Training systems followed in most developed nations.

All modules consist of practical sessions,  theory sessions relating the process with the science and end with a product review and group discussion about the topic learnt.
