Ms.Saranya attended a range of short classes from Lathas in 2014. Inspired by that she pursued her career in the world of artisan baking. She now runs Layers Cafe & Patisserie in Tirupur.
Ms.Shanthini & Ms.Shanmugapriya are the faces behind Cake crush, a much sought after home bakery in Coimbatore. In 2017, soon after their MBA, the duo joined us to learn the basics of baking. From then, there was no looking back.
Ms. Sundari Vijay, a popular food photographer, started her culinary journey with us in 2013. She explored her way through baking healthy snacks and preparing authentic cuisine when she found her passion.
Ms. Betsy, chose to become a home baker after the short classes she attended from us until she decided to dive deep in this field. She then completed our Diploma in Bakery & Pastry course in 2021 and joined Atlantis, a luxury hotel in Dubai as Commi.
Ms.Nivedha, a passionate cake artist attended our 5 week course and joined Liliyum Patisserie, an artisan cake shop making custom cakes in bangalore. She has currently moved in with us to share her passion to the budding cake artists at Lathas School.
Ms. Suganya a passionate baker now was a math professor. She quit her comfortable job to follow her passion in baking. She completed our diploma course and has established a microbakery in Erode setting new benchmarks
Mr. Mohammed Imran is now CDP at The Residency hotel, Coimbatore. Soon after completing diploma in 2021 he joined the industry as Pastry commi. His command over the subject and disciplined work attitude helped him climb up the hierarchy within a short span of time
Mr. Surendra completed his Diploma course in 2023 and got his appointment as commi the very next month at an international artisan bakery chain Magnolia in Bangalore
Mr. Prakash a second generation bakery owner from Munnar is now an artisan baker at the Pumpkin tales, Chennai. He has big dreams to explore the world before he returns back to revamp the bakery business his father is running currently
Ms.Fathima Shireen, decided on taking a path less travelled. Her parents supported her dreams to pursue baking as her career so after she completed her 12th grade. She has now started as a home baker and well on the path to becoming an entrepreneur
