Diploma in Bakery & Pastry Arts
Latha’s School of Baking and Cake Art offers a Diploma in Bakery & Pastry Arts for baking enthusiasts and those who strive to establish a career in the baking industry. This course equips students with knowledge and encourages them to hone the skills required to work in a professional bakery & patisserie environment.
This 6 month course is done in smaller batch sizes so that the students can get better attention and guidance from highly qualified professionals who mentor and train them throughout the course. To make the transitioning between training and professionalism easier, this course also includes an externship that provides students the experience they need during their course of study.
